Sky Breeze's personality is quirky, true to her morals and slightly egotistical. She tries to remain humble and true, and when she realizes she's done wrong, she does her best to make up for it (though doesn't always succeed). Sky is occasionally clumsy, mostly in relation to flight, but is also strong, and can lift more than her weight on her back if needed.
Special Abilities:
Sky Breeze was meant to be born as an earth pony, as she has no immediate pegasus traits to gain, however she was lucky and received a pegasus gene from her great grand mother. Unfortunately, due to having multiple generations of earth pony genes, Sky received earth pony magic instead of natural pegasus flight. While her wings were slightly longer in comparison to her height, Sky was unable to fly without a few months of hard training, as her wings were not strong enough to lift her before (she was called Dodo due to her difficulty flying).
Since she was born with earth pony strength instead of flight, Sky's bone structure is more built for fast running and strong legs instead of a lighter bone structure. She is strong in both her shoulders and hind legs, which helps her carry more weight, and allows her to help others.
Summary:
Sky grew up in Denmare, being a slight nerd until reaching high school, where she moved from private tutoring to public classes. She was friends with mostly guys, causing her to be a slight social freak when it came to making new mare-friends until graduation. She managed to get into Ponyville University, majoring in not only visual arts but also aerial arts, as Sky had admired the Wonderbolts for quite some time. She was often made fun of due to having trouble with flying (she is heavier than most mares, and thus has longer wings in comparison), and is considerably taller, nearing the height of smaller.
Sky's main goal is to be an artist. She had worked since the age of fourteen in not only the realm of digital artwork but also traditional media and animation. She is attending Ponyville University as an art/animation major, and is also minoring in flight.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactRight, so i love the design a lot, it's cute and fresh. But her character seems a bit Mary Sue, maybe that's not the right term for this but it seems like she is very very very different, like trying to hard different. I get the blank flank, lots of people/ponies have trouble finding their calling but i think the different color eyes are a bit unnecessary. Also being a Cablu is interesting, i think that her flying through strength is also not needed, i read the the prologue to the College Conundrum and i found why she had to fly through strength very confusing. I think making her fly normally will be better and not having earth pony power through magic but by strength instead would make a lot more sense. Being very very very different turned to being very very talented, having multiple interest is fine and overcoming bullying is a great way to have character development, but also being a self taught child prodigy seems a bit far fetched with everything else she has going on.
She's an earth pony with wings which happened because of some gene from her grandmother (great grandmother?) and is as large as a stallion who happens to have two different colored eyes, no cutie mark, is a rare moonlight induced creature who is very clumsy and was a bullied self taught prodigy who gets along better with boys but still can't make friends.
Being larger than most mares is do to her being a different breed of horse, we've seen this multiple times in the show so there is no problem there. I say there is little impact because there is so much going on. Instead of having that one thing that makes her stand out, there are so many that none of them stand out. While looking at her bio by the time i finished reading i forgot that her eyes were different colors and that she had earth pony strength, as well as some of the little details like a little brother.
I'm not saying it's bad, it's really good actually, I'm just saying it seems like a lot and all these points might be better as two or three separate characters than just one. There are so many good points and so much potential that all of them in one package is just to much and overwhelming. The art work is beautiful and adorable, i can only hope to see more of your work in the future.
